Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the item, product type, availability, and fulfillment partner.
Physical music, apparel, and merch may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different partners.
Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Returns and Exchanges
Because many Renaissance Recordings items are made in limited quantities or fulfilled through production partners, returns and exchanges may be limited.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and do our best to make it right.

Digital music purchases and downloads are final sale and cannot be returned once delivered.
