Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the item, product type, availability, and fulfillment partner.
Physical music, apparel, and merch may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different partners.
Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
International Orders
International orders are charged in U.S. dollars (USD). International shipping charges are shown at checkout and vary by product and order size.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be extended by customs processing. Renaissance Recordings cannot control carrier or customs delays.
Import duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, and carrier handling fees are the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. These charges are separate from the shipping amount paid to Renaissance Recordings.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Renaissance Recordings is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Because many Renaissance Recordings items are made in limited quantities or fulfilled through production partners, returns and exchanges may be limited.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and do our best to make it right.
International Returns
Contact Renaissance Recordings before returning an international order. Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, parcel refusal, or unpaid import charges will be reviewed after the parcel is returned. Original shipping charges and third-party duties, taxes, or fees may not be refundable. Any reshipment cost is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
Digital Products
Digital music purchases and downloads are final sale and cannot be returned once delivered.
